It means living one's life, regardless of someone's need to manage their physical ailments. It means not giving up on dignity. It means living in grace until the day one dies.
I am passionate about this because I have been graced with a mother who has Alzheimer's. She has opened my eyes and my heart to a world I would have never known, had it not been for her extraordinary courage and love for me, her youngest daughter. If you go to http://www.callinganangel.com/ you will have some insight into the lessons that I have been given and one's that I feel compelled to share with the world.
